Holiday Email
This email was sent to clients and employees as a way to show gratitude during the holiday season. Recipients could visit the email link to choose between a variety of holiday gift options.
Imagery
Abstract shapes reference winter without being holiday-specific. The ElderTree logo is integrated into the themed imagery.
Color
Vibrant primary colors give an energetic tone that is balanced by both the range of color and the use of white negative space. The red is a punch of color that gives hierarchy to the ElderTree logo.
Typography
A solid san serif is paired with a more decorative, high-contrast serif to give more complexity to the design and establish a sense of modern elegance.
GCCCD Spring Registration Campaign
Grossmont Cuyamaca Community College District (GCCCD) has seen positive results in the past when addressing student mental health in its campaigns. This campaign focused on finding balance and prioritizing personal health as students begin to register for Spring classes.
Imagery
Sticky notes are a popular way to set personal reminders and achieve balance in day-to-day life, so these notes with optimistic reminders centered around mental health will resonate with students.
Color
These colors are the basic range of classic sticky note colors, enhancing recognition. The buttons of each school are strategically colored to most closely reflect their brand colors.
Typography
Fonts are handwritten and friendly to create a light and comforting tone.

LACC Winter Registration Campaign
This campaign is a 3 tiered approach to build anticipation for Winter Registration at LA Community College (LACC) and inform students of their registration dates. There is a subtle winter theme with imagery that will appeal to the creative community at the school.
Imagery
An abstract fluid shape with gradients interacts with snowflakes and a more rigid black frame to direct the eye and create movement. Imagery can be related to how the college experience is about exploration rather than following a straightforward path.
Colors
Blues reference the cool toned season of Winter.
Typographic
Hierarchy is created by the bold san serif, which is centered in the image and is clear to read.

LACC and Van De Kamp
This campaign brings awareness to LACC’s acquisition of a historic building in LA which they plan to hold classes in the next academic year. The first look uses modern typography and elements of the building to create a sophisticated, museum-like tone. The second references Bauhaus and Constructivist design, which was prevalent when the building was built. It also plays with deconstructing the building into graphic elements.

Victor Valley College Wander Survey Campaign
This campaign encourages past students to fill out a survey explaining why they stopped taking classes at VVC without having completed a degree and encourages them to look at classes for the next semester. The concept of this design is students giving VVC the “cold shoulder.” The design shows the school in a “Boho” wall decor style.
