Reviving a Re(new)ed Local Legend.

La Vista Motel & El Piñon

Socials built with intention, designed for discovery.

The Objective

La Vista Motel is Colfax landmark with a storied past shaped by the "longest, wickedest street in America", but time had turned the motel into symbol of what used to be, not what could be. After a highly anticipated remodel, it was our job to reintroduce La Vista and El Piñon (the accompanying bar) as revitalized, vintage-forward hospitality spaces with plenty of mid-century charm.

That entails creating and maintaining a social presence that balances storytelling, human connection, weekly programming, and coffee and cocktail offerings, while spotlighting the curated details that make the space so special.

The Solution

By launching consistent content more than two months early, La Vista Socials built momentum well before opening. The social accounts acted as the main interface for room reveals, design feature moments, and soft opening rollout.

The La Vista feeds balance vintage charm and modern polish, honoring the character of Colfax as it enters a new chapter. They are also curated to appeal to new visitors and long-term followers alike, offering a strong first impression and consistently delivering high quality, scroll-stopping content. The result is a social presence that feels intentional, nostalgic, and trustworthy, reinforcing La Vista Motel and El Piñon as spaces worth visiting for both online and in real life.
