Known Supply Trade Show
The Objective
Known Supply is a sustainable clothing brand focused on humanizing the act of buying clothing by connecting its shoppers to the person who made each clothing item. In 2020, they needed an eye-catching exhibit to communicate their mission and attract new customers that is consistent with their existing brand.

Known Supply is a people-centric brand. For this reason, the largest visual element of the exhibit is the interchanging photos of Known Supply’s makers above the cashier desk. Life size photos of the makers are located along the perimeter of the exhibit so that shoppers can have a face-to-face experience with the people who make the Known Supply clothing.

The Known Supply exhibit guides the visitor by first educating them about the brand and then introducing them to their clothing. Upon entering, they watch the Known Supply introductory video, which details the brand’s story and mission. The visitors then move the “meet the maker” stations on either side of the exhibit where they can navigate on the iPad to view different makers or take a personality quiz to make deeper connections with the makers and find similarities. Afterward, they can browse the different Known Supply products in the center and go back to look up the maker of their product after making a purchase.

The trade show exhibit incorporates Known Supply’s recognizable rust-red throughout the exhibit and utilizes the textures in the company’s warehouse store, which is their only in-person store as well as where they shoot their online photography.
